But through the magic of literature we can be whoever we want to be, be wherever we want to be, and do whatever we want to do. Especially in this time of limitations, we can celebrate a world with no limitations at all. This year, as you IMAGINE YOUR STORY, stretch your boundaries! Be Jo of Little Women or The Scarlet Pimpernal, or a unicorn with a rainbow horn. Live in pre-colonial India or eighteenth century France, or a dystopian America. Explore life on other worlds or ride horseback with the Pony Express. Let books expand your horizons as we imagine our stories together.
Our Summer Reading Club will once again only be online as we wait for our new library to be reconstructed. I hope that you will join with the Reader Services staff as we zoom our programs and lead you to Your Next Read!
